We are actively hiring an Operations Associate to join us as we scale-up our company and start to support even more patients with our patches. You will work as part of an exciting close-knit startup team where things can change on a whim, and where your opinions & ideas can have a real impact, quickly.

REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities
  • Pick & pack orders efficiently, with a high attention to detail.
  • Plan your time and track your stock levels to ensure all products are produced for orders on time.
  • Work effectively as part of our team and assist others when able.
  • Assist the patch and print production team with cutting and wicking of materials in the afternoons, as well as with packing orders and making sure that, as a team, all orders go out on time.
  • Keep track of stock and be pro-active in everything you do.
  • Adhere to all standard operating procedures, instructions, and health and safety policies on site.
  • Be open & communicative; transparency, wellbeing, and asking questions (no matter how silly or small they might be) is a priority here.
  • Safe operation of any equipment on site.
  • Ensure your workspace is tidy & organized.
  • Any other responsibilities that may reasonably be required.
