JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy items as required.
• Basic numeracy skills for inventory management tasks.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Familiarity with operating warehouse equipment is desirable but training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organise and store products in designated areas within the warehouse.
• Prepare orders for dispatch by picking and labelling items accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse space.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training may be provided).
• Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
