Job description
At We Are Fulfilment, we know that our Warehouse Operatives are the backbone of our business. Without them, supplies wouldn’t come in and orders wouldn’t go out. We wouldn’t know how much stock we have, or where it is.

Our warehouse operatives keep the wheels of our business turning by:

• Loading, unloading and sorting stock in the warehouse
• Picking, packing and labelling orders for on-time deliveries
• Keeping stock records up to date and carrying out inventory checks
• Making sure the warehouse is clean, safe and tidy at all times

We use external couriers but also have our own vans for delivering orders and collecting products from suppliers, so a full, clean UK driving licence is essential. You might also get to drive a forklift truck in the warehouse once you’ve completed the right training.

KPIs
1. Order Picking Accuracy. It’s imperative that orders are accurately picked and packed. Order picking accuracy is vital to this role and should be >99%. You’ll take instruction from the Goods Out Manager and be able to ensure you’re able to prioritise tasks.
2. Dispatch You’ll work with the Goods Out manager to be able to ensure 100% of orders are shipped successfully on a daily basis to courier. Shipments reaching customers on-time is a critical success metric for We Are Fulfilment. It’s important on its own, because it reflects if the warehouse is doing its job right.
3. Efficiency We’ll be working to optimum pick time KPIs

Salary
£18,000 - £22,000 per year based on experience
