JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehouse by assisting with various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to drive our delivery truck, overnight trips may occur, applicants will need a valid G License with a clean driving abstract.

SKILLS

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution or similar roles is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation including forklifts.
• Experience with order picking processes and shipping & receiving operations.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely (up to 75 lbs).
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems for efficient inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, Chop saws and Banding Machines.
• Perform order picking tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly documented.
• Maintain organization within the warehouse
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation and compliance with safety standards.
• Assist in heavy lifting and moving of materials up to 100lbs , adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
