Job Description Warehouse Operative Weekend Nights - Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Sunday: 6pm - 6am | 4 on 4 off - £15.47 p/h Why Gousto? Our Spalding and Warrington warehouses have: Good transport links Free on-site parking Paid breaks A permanent contract paid weekly Great opportunity to progress with us where you align to our guiding principles - Dream, Deliver, Care We provide PPE such as a warm coat and safety boots Gousto academy training courses Company Benefits 21 days paid leave 40% Gousto discount, Your first Gousto box FREE, 15% Gousto discount for friends and family, and the sharing of free food (where available) Life Assurance, Pension and Giving at Gousto scheme Access to Aviva digital GP and wellness apps Health perks including contribution to eye tests, flu jab etc. Discounted membership at 4000+ Gyms Cycle to work scheme Access to Employee assistance, and 1000's of discounts and cashback schemes Core Responsibilities Conduct quality assessments on inbound materials against specifications Complete records, logs and paper work accordingly using IT systems and Google General Warehousing including: Unload inbound safely and move goods to correct storage area with appropriate stock rotation Usage of forklift in storage areas and pallet trucks in production areas Order picking - preparing correct stock and with correct amounts required for repackaging, picking etc. Ensure before each end of the shift that all products are stored in the correct temperature area Carry out regular stock checks and counts as requested Ensure that all stores and dispatch areas are kept tidy (dollies, pallets and waste) Supporting with delivery of key departmental KPI Ensure all boxes are loaded and despatched on time in full Who You Are Experienced in fulfilment FMCG Experienced with Manual Handling Equipment and Fork Lift Truck driving IT literate you will have the ability to use our stock / warehouse management systems A keen eye for detail You will showcase Gousto behaviours, aligned to our Ownership Principles Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience driving at least one of the following ; PPT, Hlop, Reach, Counter Balance, VNA Additional Information Equal Opportunities Here at Gousto, we are on a mission to become the UK's most loved way to eat dinner!
