This position will also perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Person and Management. JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, including single and doublewide pallet-handling forklifts and yard tractor. * Monitor the quality of product and raw materials being shipped or received and notify management of any inconsistencies. * Operate bar code equipment efficiently and accurately. * Load and unload semi-trucks. * Maintain quality standards for all processes and functions within assigned duties. * Accurately complete all required documentation on a timely basis. * Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on machines as needed. * Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures on machines and work area. * Assist in Production assignments as needed. * Comply with all safety, GMP, and sanitation standards and procedures. * Lift up to 40 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally. * Frequently climb stairs, reach above shoulders, bend and twist at waist. * Stand/walk or sit for extended periods of time. * Be able and available to work overtime as needed (up to 64 hours/week). * Required to adhere to all Food Safety Polices and Guidelines.
