This role supports manufacturing operations through safe equipment operation, inventory control, and preparation of finished goods for shipment. Flexibility, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards are essential. What You’ll Do Load and unload trailers across all facilities (Main Plant, East Warehouse, ADC1) Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment Supply production lines with raw materials and packaging to maintain operations Perform tail-off driving, pallet labeling, stretch wrapping, and material transport Operate back-pad areas including recycling, waste handling, and baler operations in compliance with GMPs Receive, store, return, and ship materials across all locations Generate shipping documentation including BOLs and packing slips Process inventory and material movements using WMS, MRP, QAD, and Ross systems Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records Support continuous operations through flexibility, teamwork, and assistance with additional tasks as needed Requirements What You’ll Need High school diploma or equivalent 2–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience Forklift experience required RF scanner experience preferred Familiarity with WMS, MRP, or ERP systems Ability to work in loud, fast-paced environments with outdoor weather exposure Willingness to work mandatory overtime as required Strong commitment to safety, GMPs, and quality standards
