A role you will love Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will work as an integral part of a team responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in managing inventory, handling and moving goods, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring products are received, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently. This position operates on Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm shift, offering a consistent schedule within a fast-paced production and fulfilment environment. You will be working in an environment where maintaining a high level of discipline, accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Following established processes and quality control standards is a core part of the role, ensuring we consistently meet client expectations, service standards and operational KPIs. Key responsibilities include: * Receiving, unloading and storing incoming stock and materials. * Picking, packing and preparing orders for production and dispatch. * Performing stock replenishment and inventory checks. * Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently. * Maintaining accurate inventory and warehouse records. * Operating warehouse equipment in accordance with safety procedures. * Ensuring warehouse areas are clean, organised and compliant with safety standards. * Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives. * Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily production and customer requirements. What will you bring to the role? To be successful in this role, you will bring: * A current Forklift Licence and demonstrated experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently. This will include the operation of both High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts * A high degree of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail when handling inventory, completing documentation and following processes. * A flexible and adaptable approach to tasks and working hours, with a proactive and productive mindset. * Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand and follow instructions accurately. * Sound computer skills, with the ability to confidently navigate and work across multiple software platforms and warehouse systems. * A strong commitment to workplace safety, quality standards and continuous improvement. * The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced operational environment. * A reliable work ethic and a customer-focused approach to meeting service expectations and operational KPIs.
