Ego Technology is a growing environmental IT processing and recycling centre based in Burton. We handle redundant IT equipment from corporate and public sector clients across the UK. Our mission is to provide secure, sustainable, and fully compliant IT disposal solutions.

• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards
• FLT experience is a bonus – full training will be provided
• No prior IT experience needed – full training provided

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with a mix of warehouse, processing, and other IT related processing procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load and unload WEEE from lorries and containers, ensuring that all items are handled with care by hand and forklift
• Sorting and processing a variety of IT and WEEE equipment
• Dismantling and cleaning IT equipment (e.g., PCB boards, computers, servers)
• General warehouse housekeeping
• Completing paperwork and delivering excellent customer service
• Maintain an organised warehouse space.
• Perform materials handling tasks, including moving products within the warehouse as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
