Description SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team. The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for operating forklifts and overhead cranes, managing inventory, and conducting cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, safety-conscious, and willing to take on various responsibilities within the warehouse environment. SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Managing inventory levels through accurate cycle counts and stock reconciliation Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming shipments Organizing and maintaining warehouse storage areas to ensure safety and accessibility Preparing and packaging items for shipment in accordance with company standards Keeping accurate records of inventory movements and adjustments Assisting with general warehouse maintenance and cleanliness Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. Some OT may be required. Requirements EHS REQUIREMENTS: Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the company’s TRIR goals Follow all environmental requirements consistent with supporting the company’s environmental performance goals Complete, and actively participate in all the company’s Safety Skills training requirements POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes Basic knowledge of inventory management and cycle counting procedures Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and inventory records High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Capable of regularly lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. Must successfully pass a drug test and background check as part of the hiring process.
