ABOUT THE ROLE

The Warehouse Operator / Forklift Driver is a Full-time position, based at Scoresby, VIC. Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will be delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers
• Follow safety, logistics, inventory, and regulatory policies.
• Manage daily warehouse operations, including stock placement, receiving inbound deliveries, and loading/unloading of inbound and outbound orders, while ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
• Operate a forklift for the best part of the role - valid forklift licence and experience required
• Lift and move products as required (manual handling involved).
• Accurately complete documentation and ensure proper labelling and presentation of stock
• Perform data entry, respond to phone enquiries, and assist with online order processing when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse through regular general housekeeping tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
  Working hours are Monday to Friday, with three shift options available: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
