DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Warehouse Operator, Freight Forwarding in NZL - Auckland Airport, Landing Dr. The Warehouse Operator, Logistics plays an integral part in the logistic supply chain, ensuring customers goods are picked and packed as required and that all associated paperwork is completed as per procedures. They will also be required to assist with the loading/unloading of trucks on occasions as directed by the Warehouse Manager and Supervisor. Your typical day at DSV: Operate forklifts for order picking and stock replenishment. Interpret information contained on picking slip to locate stock and pick to fulfill customer orders. Unloading/loading of vehicles and movement of goods in and out of the warehouse. Maintain 100% accuracy when picking stock, and performing stock takes and cycle counts. Enter and update information in computer system. Follow operational procedures at all times. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and conduct daily safety checks. About you: At least two years experience in a similar position with reach forklift experience. Experience handling dangerous goods is highly desirable. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills.
