Position Title: Warehouse Operator Position Location: Uxbridge, MA Position Type/Schedule: Onsite, Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm Compensation: $19/hr. - $22/hr. (Compensation depends on skills, knowledge, education, and experience) Position Snapshot: The Warehouse Operator is responsible for accurately picking and delivering products, maintaining inventory integrity, and operating warehouse equipment safely. This role ensures proper storage, organization, and compliance with safety and 5S standards while supporting production needs. About you: You are a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude. You take pride in working efficiently, staying active throughout the day, and maintaining a sharp focus on safety and detail. You’re committed to supporting customer satisfaction and willingly assist other teams when needed. Your friendly and hardworking nature makes you a valued part of the operation. A day in the life: Pick and deliver products to the production team based on picklists. Scan product sheets and record transactions accurately in SAP. Organize products on designated racks and maintain inventory accuracy. Identify and escalate inventory discrepancies or issues promptly. Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts. Keep work areas clean and organized, follow 5S standards, and recycle materials. Perform daily cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. Report safety concerns and support a safe work environment. Cross-train and assist other departments as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 75 lbs. regularly. Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the shift. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Work in environments subject to noise, dust, fumes, odors, and varying temperatures. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Ability to climb ladders or stairs and work at heights when necessary.
