This is a full-time role, working 7am - 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments of goods and materials, checking for accuracy and verifying the condition of the items. Ensure all deliveries are properly documented and logged in the inventory management system. Safely and efficiently store goods and materials in designated locations within the warehouse. Pick and pack orders based on customer requests or internal requisitions. Regularly update and maintain inventory records, including stock levels, stock movement, and expiration dates (if applicable). Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory audits. Prepare shipments for outbound delivery and coordinate with shipping carriers or logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries. Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools, following safety protocols. Requirements 1+ years' experience in warehousing and/or distribution Forklift license is a must; experience with counterbalance and high reach is preferable A strong commitment to safety practices Team player with a positive attitude Well organised with a proactive approach Eager to learn with a growth mindset Energetic and sociable, capable of working within a tight-knit team As part of Jaybro Group's recruitment process a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test and criminal history check will be required.
