Description

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:    Ensure incoming shipments are accurate and undamaged by carefully checking goods against invoices, helping prevent costly errors and delays.  Keep the warehouse organized by sorting, labeling, and storing items efficiently, which improves space utilization and speeds up operations.  Support smooth order fulfillment by accurately picking, packing, and dispatching goods to meet customer expectations and timelines.  Maintain high quality standards by identifying discrepancies, controlling non-conforming materials, and raising issues early to reduce risk.  Contribute to a safe workplace by following HSE procedures, using proper protective equipment, and reporting hazards or incidents immediately.  Improve team performance by communicating clearly, collaborating with coworkers, and supporting cross-functional teams when needed.  Drive operational efficiency by meeting cycle times, following standard work processes, and suggesting improvements to workflow and material handling.  Help sustain a productive environment by keeping your work area clean, performing routine equipment care, and staying flexible to support business needs.
