Description

We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Logistics Warehousing Department in Johannesburg, South Africa. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Ensure accurate, efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods by consistently following established warehouse procedures and system transactions. * Protect product quality and reduce costs by identifying damage, discrepancies, and non‑conforming materials early and taking appropriate corrective action. * Optimize warehouse space and material flow through precise sorting, labeling, packaging, and strategic storage of goods. * Support on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction by reliably picking, packing, and shipping products to defined standards and cycle times. * Promote a strong Health, Safety & Environmental culture by stopping unsafe work, reporting hazards and incidents, and using PPE correctly at all times. * Contribute to operational excellence by maintaining clean, orderly work areas and performing routine housekeeping, operator care, and basic equipment maintenance. * Strengthen team performance through clear communication, flexibility, completed training, and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives. * Minimize environmental impact and equipment downtime by working proactively with peers, skilled trades, and support teams to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
