OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operator to manage daily warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and material organization. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a warehouse operator or in a similar role.
Demonstrated skills in receiving, shipping, and warehouse material organization.
Knowledge of standard warehouse safety procedures.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Forklift certification is a plus.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week

• Warehouse distribution: 3 years (preferred)

Receiving: Accurately receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and products. Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists, noting any discrepancies or damages.
Shipping: Prepare and pack outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and documented. Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
Material Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Efficiently store materials and products in their designated locations, utilizing inventory management systems as needed.
Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory to ensure accuracy.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
