Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operator in Bath, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials to our fast-moving assembly line and Rotork assembly plants worldwide. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and delivering components while actively engaging in LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

In this role, you will:

  • Unload shipments from global suppliers, inspect deliveries for damages, and ensure alignment with purchase orders.
  • Deliver a wide variety of parts to fast-moving production areas.
  • Conduct routine pressure testing of components.
  • Safely and accurately store materials in designated locations.
  • Support inventory control activities to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines within the warehouse environment.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a warehousing or inventory control role.
  • Understanding of safety practices in a warehouse environment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (preferred).
  • Valid Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential).
