Job Description Are you a motivated warehouse professional looking to take the next step in your career? At Rotork, we're looking for a proactive Warehouse Co‑Ordinator to join our team in Leeds. In this role, you’ll help ensure the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of our warehouse activities—contributing directly to productivity, stock accuracy, and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will: Work safely and follow all Rotork Environmental Health & Safety policies, identifying and addressing potential hazards. Report and escalate any damaged or unsafe equipment using the Safety Spot process. Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and participate in daily 5S activities. Load and unload vehicles for incoming and outgoing goods. Inspect, check, and accurately record all received goods. Decant and label goods where required. Store products safely in the correct locations. Pick and deliver goods to operational areas. Pick, pack, and prepare finished goods for shipment in line with customer requirements. Consolidate stock and maintain strict batch control and FIFO principles. Conduct weekly cycle counts and support the annual stock take. Act as a key user for warehouse management and automated retrieval systems. Complete daily checks and maintain service records for warehouse vehicles, machinery, and equipment. Support warehouse performance metrics including EHS, OTD (First Promise), inventory accuracy, and cost reduction. Ensure consumables are always in good supply. Qualifications Essential Previous experience in warehousing and/or inventory control Understanding of warehouse safety practices Valid forklift truck licence Strong team player High attention to detail with logical, methodical thinking Good communication skills Desirable Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Valid UK driving licence Department: Sales Support EMEA
