JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our team.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with warehouse operations.
• Forklift Licence (Counter balance and reach forklift truck licence)
• Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment
• Intermediate skill level using SAP or similar ERP management system.

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure a safe working environment with full compliance to safety policy and procedures.
• Handle materials with care during loading and unloading processes. (Including use of ramp and forklift trucks).
• Pick and prepare raw materials to meet production schedules, maintaining stock accuracy.
• Support warehouse supervisor with cycle counts, stock discrepancy investigations and KPI tracking .
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe and compliant warehouse environment.
• Work closely with manufacturing, customer service and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Support audits (H&S and BRCGS) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure good workflow and efficiency.
