OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to materials handling, stocking, and shipping & receiving. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle heavy lifting and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable, particularly in roles involving stocking, picking & packing, and shipping & receiving.
• Experience with heavy lifting and materials handling is essential for this role.
• UK driving licence is an advantage

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Manage inventory using a warehouse management system, ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Perform materials handling tasks including loading and unloading goods from lorries.
• Engage in picking & packing orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with shipping & receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management as required.
• Utilise mechanical knowledge for basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
