QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience in a warehouse position
• Must have a valid forklift license
• Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment including forklift truck
• Good communication skills; fluent language skills in English and Chinese
• Computer literacy, including working skills of Microsoft Office and internet
• Safety oriented team player with ability to manage work processes
• A basic understanding of IT products, Inventory and RMA procedures is an asset

• Physical requirements include: lifting, carrying, bending, stretching and standing frequently

• Perform general warehouse functions: picking and packing, shipping and receiving, loading, unloading and wrapping goods
• Inspect all goods and verify the accuracy of shipment and associated documentation
• Assist in the coordination of RMA process
• Ensure work environment is always organized and clean
• Work in a safer manner by adhering to the established safety standards of the organization
• Assist in a variety of departmental tasks as needed
