We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator to join our team at Thornleigh. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, keeping things organised and working as part of a team to ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

About the Role

Working as part of our Warehouse team, you will support the day-to-day movement of materials and finished products, from receiving incoming deliveries through to preparing customer orders for dispatch.

Key responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using warehouse picking processes and RF scanning equipment.
• Pack and prepare finished products for dispatch, ensuring orders are correctly labelled and secured.
• Receive incoming goods, unload trucks and check deliveries against documentation.
• Move, handle and store raw materials and finished products safely.
• Use RF scanners to record stock movements and support inventory accuracy.
• Book freight and coordinate dispatch arrangements with freight providers.
• Operate a forklift to load and unload goods and move materials around the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, including requirements for handling chemical-based products.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious and takes pride in doing a job well.

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous warehouse experience, particularly in picking, packing, receiving or dispatch.
• A current HRW forklift licence (essential).
• Experience using RF scanning equipment (preferred).
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills
• The ability to perform manual handling and physical warehouse duties.
• A strong work ethic, good time management and a reliable approach to attendance.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• A willingness to learn and develop additional skills.

• Applicants must be Australian Citizens or Australian Permanent Residents.
