WAREHOUSE ORDER PICKER Department: Warehouse Operations Location: Corporate Office Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor POSITION SUMMARY The Warehouse Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Pick and pack customer orders based on pick tickets or RF scanner instructions * Ensure order accuracy and proper labeling prior to shipment * Safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.) * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed * Follow all company safety policies and procedures * Meet productivity and accuracy standards set by management QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred, but not required * Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English * Basic math and counting skills * Strong attention to detail and time management PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 40+ pounds regularly * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods * Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (may include varying temperatures) WORK ENVIRONMENT * Fast-paced warehouse setting * May require overtime, weekends, or flexible scheduling based on business needs WHY JOIN US? * Competitive pay * Opportunities for growth and advancement * Team-oriented work environment
