JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that products are picked in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to safety.
This position has a 1 am start time and also includes weekends

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Basic math skills for inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Efficiently pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
• Verify product quantities and quality before packing.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and effectively (training provided).
• Maintain an organized and clean work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist with inventory management by reporting low stock levels and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing tasks.
