Job Description NEW HOURLY PAY: $21.00 an hour NEW SCHEDULE: 8:30Am until finish, 4 days on, 3 days off including Saturday The Warehouse Associate is responsible for: Loading and unloading delivery trucks Receiving and verifying incoming products Moving and storing materials/products Using handheld scanners for load verification Assisting the Production Department as needed Qualifications Possession of a high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate is mandatory. Proficiency in fundamental computer skills is essential for critical order processing and inventory control tasks. Demonstrated commitment to obtaining certification for the operation of specialized warehouse equipment, including but not limited to forklifts and pallet jacks. Proven ability to work effectively with yeast and flour products is a non-negotiable requirement. Successful completion of a rigorous pre-employment background check is imperative. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This position demands exceptional physical capabilities, including but not limited to: The ability to maintain a standing or walking position for extended periods without compromise. Proficiency in navigating staircases safely and efficiently. The capacity to consistently lift and maneuver loads of up to 30 lbs., with occasional requirements to manage weights of up to 50 lbs. Demonstrated strength to perform heavy pushing and pulling of products without risk of injury. Resilience to work effectively in refrigerated environments, specifically within the temperature range of 33-38 degrees Fahrenheit. The fortitude to operate in an environment characterized by exposure to loud machinery, when operational needs dictate.
