Description As a Warehouse Order Selector you will work individually selecting full frozen cases of product from our warehouse by hand. Using an electric pallet jack to palletize orders or placing cases in rolling racks and getting them ready for shipping. Order picking sheets are used in selecting orders. You will then fit the items on a pallet or rolling rack, plastic wrap the bundles, transport pallets/racks to shipping dock and in some cases, load them onto a trailer for delivering to customers. Major Responsibilities and Expectations: Helps to keep the warehouse functions running efficiently and successfully on a daily basis Use of an electric pallet jack and other tools and equipment. Loads and unloads delivery trucks Professional communication with staff Maintains high safety standards Organize material and maintain warehouse in clean, neat and safe conditions; comply with procedures, rules and regulations Full time position offers benefits including but not limited to Medical, Dental, and Vision as well as a 401K with employer match. Requirements Temperature: work regularly in cold temperatures (-20 degrees F) Basic knowledge of shipping and warehouse procedures and regulations preferred Must have ability to lift 50+ Lbs Basic math skills needed to accurately handle job functions Performs other duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective work environment Able to do overtime Successful passing of pre-employment substance abuse test; successful completion of post-offer employment medical examination
