Job Overview: A Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in supporting daily distribution operations by ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 /Hourly  Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Responsibilities: * Pick, pack, scan, and label orders accurately to ensure timely shipment * Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks, inspecting goods for damage * Stock shelves and organize inventory to maintain efficient warehouse flow * Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies * Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and efficiently * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following company safety protocols * Assist in preparing shipments and managing returns as needed * Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals * Support additional warehouse tasks and special projects as business needs arise * Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or inventory concerns promptly Qualifications: * Ability to lift, push, and pull inventory (up to 50+ lbs) safely * Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive movements throughout the shift * Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer skills and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems preferred * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy * Flexible availability; shifts may range from 3–6 hours or longer based on business needs * Strong teamwork and communication skills We offer our employees competitive compensation, extensive paid training, comprehensive and flexible suite of benefits package, 401K with company match, team member discounts, rewards for top performers, and most importantly career advancement opportunities.
