Description Job Objective The Warehouse Outbound Associate plays a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and maintaining the operational standards of the warehouse. This position involves a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing stock, accurately picking and filling orders, packing and preparing shipments, and managing inventory organization. The role requires a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety to meet company standards and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Ability to drive Walkie Rider Equipment Accuracy in Picking: Ensure orders are picked and packed with precision to maintain high customer satisfaction and reduce errors. Learn and Perform Essential Tasks: Master core duties in the warehouse is Direct to Consumer (DTC), Freight, Courier, Value-Added Services and Fulfillment. Efficient Order Processing: Pick confirm orders accurately and efficiently using the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Report Concerns: Identify and report safety, equipment, or operational issues to the appropriate manager promptly. Compliance with Policies: Follow all company policies and protocols, including safety, food safety, sanitation, and maintenance standards. Customer-Specific Customization: Perform accurate Value-Added Labeling and kitting according to customer-specific requirements. Additional Distribution Activities: Support other warehouse functions, such as receiving or inventory replenishment, as directed by management. Inventory and Quality Checks: Inspect items for damage, defects, or discrepancies during picking and packing to ensure accuracy and quality. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet performance goals and maintain workflow efficiency. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to ensure a seamless workflow. Perform multiple roles and responsibilities as directed by management to adapt to changing operational needs. Earn It and Love It: Pay rate: $20.00 per hour Steady Schedule + Seasonal Overtime to Keep Our Customers Smiling: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm Tier 1: Must be willingly and able to unload containers daily. Note: Estimated 200-250 containers a year. Proper lifting techniques Accurate Sort and Segregation Set and meet target time for unloading EXPECTATIONS Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats. Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods. Demonstrate competency in basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Willingness to learn RF scanning and operate trash/cardboard compactors. Prior experience with electric/manual pallet jacks and forklifts is preferred but not required. Perform multiple roles and responsibilities as directed by management to adapt to changing operational needs including Picker-Packer roles. Requirements Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience operating Walkie Rider or Riding Pallet Jack preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred. Experience with inventory management and RF scanners. Understand numbers and letters on an RF scanner. Skills & Abilities: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Basic math and computer skills in English or least the ability to read numbers and letters. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, squat, climb stairs, and lift for extended periods. Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and humidity. Ability to work overtime including Saturdays.
