You'll oversee outbound operations, lead a dedicated team, and drive improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and safety. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves optimizing processes. What You’ll Do · Lead outbound shipping operations and ensure timely, accurate deliveries. · Train, coach, and support your team for peak performance. · Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies or customer issues. · Implement process improvements to boost accuracy, quality, and service. · Collaborate with leadership to achieve operational and cost goals.
