Description American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company, and we are currently looking for an overnight Warehouse Office Assistant in Holt, MI. If you’re looking for a great job with a consistent schedule and weekly pay, then you have come to the right place. Under general supervision, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for answering phone calls and emails, providing details to drivers on delivery locations, responding to customers, carrier partners, and drivers’ questions and concerns, and assisting the team with administrative duties/billing/inventory and client/staff interactions/meetings. We are looking for someone that can take initiative and problem solve, that can adapt to new responsibilities or software, and can interact with our drivers, suppliers, warehouse staff, and other office admins in a kind and respectful way. The IDEAL CANDIDATE: Strong communication skills, (written and verbal) Has great at customer service skills and enjoys problem solving.... Has Warehouse experience.... Has STRONG background with computers and can adapt to new software... MUST BE proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) email, and phones.... Is great at time management and possesses strong critical thinking skills.... Is looking forward to MAJOR growth within the company. This is the job for you! Monday through Friday Weekly Pay! - $17/HR Hours: 9:00pm - 5:00am (overnight) Benefits: Health Insurance- after 30 days PTO- (accrual starts from day 1, but cannot be used until day 90) 401K- after 180 days (6 months) On-Demand Pay BACKGROUND CHECK WILL BE REQUIRED Requirements Can do attitude Solution minded Need to be flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. BACKGROUND CHECK WILL BE REQUIRED Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Etc. Proficient with basic computer skills Strong communication skills Comfortable with face to face/ Phone interactions Attention to detail and ability to prioritize duties Flexible Ability to independently stay on task. Able to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50lbs Other duties as assigned
