Description Meier’s Creek Brewing is seeking a highly motivated and organized person to join our production team on a full-time basis. Requirements Required skills · Outstanding communication skills · General computer skills · Brewing certificate or science related degree preferred · Strong knowledge of brewing science Job duties include but aren’t limited to: · Inventory Management · Loading and unloading deliveries · Preparation of outgoing orders · Record keeping · Keeping cooler and warehouse organized · Oversee all packaging and kegging of beer · Oversee all preparation for packaging · Weekly delivery of beer order to our 2nd taproom · General cleaning · Ability to work independently and within a team Required skills · Outstanding communication skills · General computer skills · Brewing certificate or science related degree preferred · Strong knowledge of brewing science Ideal candidate must: · Be able to lift 55 lbs · Be able to move 165 lbs · Be physically able to do repetitive motion · Be able to stand 8-10 hours a day · Follow instructions precisely · Adhere to all safety protocols · Forklift certification preferred · Possess a valid driver's license ·Ability to handle high levels of stress

Responsibilities

The Warehouse/Packaging Lead will oversee all packaging and kegging of beer, manage inventory, and ensure the organization of the cooler and warehouse. This role involves loading and unloading deliveries, preparing outgoing orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the workspace.
