Job Title: Warehouse Packing Assistant (Starts Part-Time, Room to Grow)
Location: Kelowna, BC
Pay: $18–$19/hr

Court Candy is a fast-growing basketball brand that ships to customers across North America and the rest of the world. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help pack and ship orders from our local warehouse. This role starts with part-time hours and is expected to grow over the coming months.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare daily orders for shipping
  • Ensure packaging is clean, professional, and accurate
  • Maintain an organized, tidy workspace
  • Restock supplies and assist with inventory tasks
  • Follow brand standards to ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Long-term: Take ownership of inventory tracking and supplier reordering to keep products in stock
  • Long-term: Assist with customer inquiries and provide online customer support

Requirements

  • No packing experience needed — we’ll train the right person
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable standing and moving during shifts
  • Physically able to lift and handle boxes (up to ~30 lbs)
  • Must be available to work in Kelowna on a consistent schedule
  • Must be able to commute to and from the workplace independently and on time

Schedule

  • Starts at 3 shifts per week (typically 3 hours per shift, with potential for more as order volume increases)
  • Flexible weekday scheduling (Monday to Friday)
  • This role is expected to grow to 4–5 days per week in the near future
