Palmdale Oil procures its fuel supply from various terminals on both coasts of the state of Florida.. We have an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a solid background in Warehouse/Inventory Control and a desire to work for a fast-paced corporate organization. In addition to exceptional customer service skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves" attitude.   Job Description Responsibilities for this position includes: * Maintain warehouse inventory * Assist with loading of our drivers’ trucks for delivery * Keeping warehouse, office, and property clean and organized * Receive shipments * Load and unload box truck daily * Organize warehouse daily * Keep products in stock by blending drums and pails as needed * Help unload bulk deliveries as needed * Assemble and paint fuel tanks to go out to job site * Clean bulk tank farms and yard * Supporting the Plant Manager with projects as needed   Job Requirements The required skills for this position are: * 2-3 years Warehouse experience – preferable in the oil industry * Preferred but not required CDL Class B with Tanker and HazMat Endorsement  * Forklift certified preferred * Able to Lift 80 pounds * Ability to multitask as this position will be working independently and have the ability to prioritize workload * Available for overtime as required to meet business needs within the appropriate State/Federal regulations * Detailed oriented * Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite * Able to do basic math, to include calculating sales tax and invoice totals * Oil and Lubricants knowledge is a plus, but not required * Exceptional Customer Service Skills * No fear of heights or confined spaces * Positive and Professional Demeanor * Stable Work History   Benefits   Our employees and their well-being are important to us.
