Description Industrial Air Centers is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Associate to support our service and installation teams. This role is critical to keeping machines running, service calls moving, and customers supported by ensuring parts are received, issued, tracked, and billed accurately. A mechanical or service-department background is strongly preferred, as this position works closely with technicians, service coordinators, and customers. PRIMARY DUTIES Stock inventory and maintain assigned warehouse locations Package parcel shipments and process using FedEx / WorldShip Track inbound and outbound shipments Receive, load and unload incoming/ outgoing shipments Enter, modify, receive, and maintain purchase orders Enter and track backorders and vendor invoices Issue inventory to service calls and post labor/material charges Participate in physical inventory counts Stock inventory and maintain assigned warehouse locations OTHER DUTIES Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse at all times Assist other departments as reasonably needed and assigned Maintain prompt and regular attendance Requirements High School Diploma or GED 3–5 years of experience in customer service, warehouse operations, or service department support Previous experience in a parts department strongly preferred Mechanical aptitude or experience supporting machine service or industrial equipment is a plus Professional written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills with the ability to learn multiple systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to work well under stress Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. Valid driver's license
