POSITION SUMMARY:

The Parts Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our field technicians by managing inventory, sourcing parts, and ensuring timely job preparation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving logistical challenges, and being part of a team that values quality and service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in parts coordination, inventory, or warehouse operations (residential service industry a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
• Familiarity with inventory management software or systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Dependable, punctual, and a collaborative team player.

• Receive, organize, and stock parts and materials for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and generator services.
• Source and order parts from vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Track and maintain inventory levels using internal systems.
• Prepare and stage parts for scheduled service calls and installations.
• Communicate with technicians and office staff to ensure accurate and timely job fulfillment.
• Perform occasional local pickups or deliveries as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts area.
