THE OPPORTUNITY -

The AH-64E Apache is the world’s most advanced and proven attack helicopter. It integrates innovative technologies to aid the crew in decision making, offering a new level of battlefield dominance through enhanced performance, increased situational awareness, superior survivability, and improved target detection, acquisition and engagement.
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Performance and Reporting Specialist, to support the AH-64E Apachehelicopter program. The Australian Apache’s will join the growing global fleet of more than 1280 aircraft operating in 18 countries, including coalition and regional partners.
This role is based in the Apache Support Facility, Townsville working alongside the Army customer.

As the Warehouse Performance and Reporting Specialist, you will:

  • Be an integral part of the Supply Chain Capability and contribute to the business growth strategy
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics in-line with Australian Defence policy
  • Coordinate and collate performance (KPI) activity between the Warehouse operations team and Logistics operations Programs.
  • Develop detailed reports to support ASF performance briefings
  • Identify usage trends and implement efficiency improvements in-line with ADF policies
  • Collaborate with ADF stakeholders to align reporting with customer objectives
  • Develop clear, concise reports to support warehouse operations
  • Analyse logistics data to optimise capability operations
Responsibilities
  • Demonstrated 5 years + experience in Defence aerospace/Foreign Military Sales (FMS) supply chain management
  • Experience in Defence warehousing and distribution systems and methodologies
  • A superior knowledge of the Australian Defence Force Electronic Supply Chain Manual and the application of
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying, establishing and promoting supply process improvements
  • A strong analytical background and is process driven
  • A working knowledge of ITARs and Commonwealth Supply Chain & Logistics policy.
