Position Summary: The Warehouse Person is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse, including accurate inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role plays a vital part in ensuring efficient logistical support across the organization. The Warehouse Person will also be required to travel to satellite locations to deliver and organize parts as needed, contributing to the overall effectiveness of field operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. Process and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements. Load and unload materials from delivery trucks. Organize and maintain inventory using our warehouse management system. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Ensure warehouse safety standards are followed at all times. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Travel to satellite locations to deliver and organize parts, ensuring inventory is accurately stocked at each location. Coordinate with team members at different locations to fulfill inventory and parts needs. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods. Basic computer skills for inventory management systems. Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training will be provided). Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different locations as needed.
