Founded in Norway, PERGOLUX is constantly looking for growth opportunities and is already available in more than 15 countries in Europe, Australia, North America and South America. We are now looking for a Warehouse Pick Packer & Inventory Assistant to join our Australian operations team. In this role, you’ll ensure our products reach customers on time, in perfect condition, and with the quality PERGOLUX is known for. You’ll handle order picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control, keeping our warehouse organized and efficient every day. We make the dream possible. Be part of our dream team! What you'll do Pick products accurately according to order sheets and prepare them for dispatch Pack items safely and efficiently, ensuring all components and accessories are included Create and apply shipping labels and prepare orders for courier pickup Receive incoming stock, check deliveries, and restock warehouse shelves Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times Conduct regular stock counts and assist with cycle counting Update inventory systems and report any stock discrepancies or issues Support general warehouse operations and team initiatives as required What we're looking for Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory roles preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Physically capable of handling and moving boxes and materials safely Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a small team Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems Forklift license (or willingness to obtain one) is a plus Who You Will Work With You’ll join our energetic Australian warehouse team and collaborate closely with the Warehouse Coordinator, Customer Service, and Logistics teams.
