The Pick Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Accurately pick items from shelves or storage locations based on order lists
• Pack orders securely, ensuring goods are protected during transit
• Label and prepare packages for shipping
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or trolleys (if licensed/trained)
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect stock to the supervisor
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts as required
