Job Description BME Fire Trucks is seeking an experienced Picker to be part of our Warehouse Team. We are a locally owned Fire Truck manufacturer in Boise, Idaho. BME manufactures wildland fire apparatus used in the US and Canada for wildland fire suppression. As a Warehouse Picker, you will be delivering parts to the production floor, so candidates should have exceptional organization, problem-solving skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills. As a Picker you will be responsible for: Manage inventory transfers and deliver parts to the production floor. Assist with organizational tasks and RMAs. Operate sit down and standup forklifts Participate in inventory cycle counts Requirements WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in inventory management software. Previous warehouse experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Lift, bend, push/pull, climb stairs and stay on feet for the duration of a shift. Work a minimum of 45 hours per week (M-F). Forklift experience Can-do attitude and ability to adapt to changing demands. Ability to follow through on tasks and projects ATC (accurately, timely and completely). Proficient computer skills This is a full-time permanent position located on site in Boise, Idaho. We are a growing company with opportunities for advancement.
