WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES – NEW ENHANCED BONUS RATES!

Earn up to £35,683.2 per year as one of our Warehouse Operatives. 2pm - 10pm DAYS, Hull (near North Ferriby), £12.54 per hour plus excellent bonuses (up to £150 PER WEEK pick bonus and £150 per month attendance bonus). Overtime paid at time and a half. Plus pension and staff discount across Heron Foods and B&M.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Essential: time management, accuracy, energy and a ‘can do’ attitude, ability to work to KPI targets
• Desirable: previous warehouse experience, experience of using “voice pick system”, manual handling experience
  Previous experience may include: Warehouse Picker, Warehouse Assistant, Warehouse Apprentice, Warehouse Picking, Order Picker, Warehouse Operative, Goods Out, Retail Assistant, Order Packer, Warehouse Assistant, Distribution Centre Operative. Packing Operative

• Pick orders (using a voice activated headset) and load cages ready for store deliveries in an accurate and efficient manner, this could be based in the freezer section, chiller or the ambient store
• You could be potentially working in conditions of -25 in the Freezer section, for this you will have the correct PPE to work in this climate
• Manage your time effectively in order to achieve the pick figure targets and job standards set out by Warehouse Supervisor/Manager
• Complying with all Health & Safety responsibilities in line with Company policies and procedures
