Role: Warehouse Planner (Inbound & Outbound)Location: Quantum Distribution Park, Dublin 11Hours: Monday to Friday, 14:30–23:00 (with 1-hour break) We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Planner to join our team in Dublin 11. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound workflows, coordinating the daily movement of goods, and ensuring operational efficiency across the warehouse. Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and efficient flow of goods. Manage daily workflows by coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers. Monitor key performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement corrective actions to maintain service standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy. Support planning activities to optimise labour, processes, and capacity utilisation. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across the supply chain. Ensure compliance with operational procedures, H&S guidelines, and customer requirements. About You Experience in logistics, supply chain, planning, or a related warehouse operations role. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with cross-functional teams. Proactive, organised, and committed to driving continuous improvement. Knowledge of logistics systems, WMS, or planning tools is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse operational performance. What can we offer you?
