Job Description Summary 1. Strategic Planning: Lead and optimize warehouse operations for electrical products, focusing on layout, space, and resource allocation. 2. Operational Oversight: Manage the full product lifecycle in the warehouse, from receiving to dispatch, and ensure smooth, efficient flow. 3. Data Analysis: Use data to identify trends, forecast needs, and create reports for senior management to improve performance. 4. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior planning staff while acting as a key liaison between logistics and other departments. 5. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and implement new processes or technologies. Job Requirements Summary 1. Fluent in Mandarin, additional fluent in english will be a plus point 2. 5-6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain planning, with proven experience in a senior role, specifically with electric products. 3. A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required. 4. Expertise in planning software (WMS, ERP systems like SAP) and advanced data analysis tools (Excel). 5. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. 6. Excellent strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
