Position Overview: We are hiring an entry-level Warehouse Employee / Powder Coating Prep Technician to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves preparing metal parts, assisting with powder coating, and performing general warehouse and production tasks. No experience is required – paid training will be provided. Essential Responsibilities: Prepare and clean metal parts for production Hang parts on racks for the powder coating line Inspect parts for defects and surface quality Assist with the powder coating process to ensure consistent finish Perform quality control checks before and after coating Support material handling and production flow Help with color changes and powder loading Maintain a clean and organized warehouse/production area Follow safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed Requirements & Skills: No experience required (training provided) Ability to work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work on a team and follow instructions Comfortable with hands-on work Physical Demands: Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) Matching Dental Insurance Health Insurance Life Insurance Vision Insurance Paid time off
