This entry-level, full-time manufacturing role supports our powder coating, production, and warehouse operations by preparing and handling metal parts for finishing. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking warehouse jobs, production jobs, manufacturing jobs or entry-level factory work. What You'll Do Prepare, clean, and hang metal parts for the powder coating production line Inspect welded parts for defects, weld spatter, and surface imperfections prior to coating Support powder coating operations by ensuring parts are properly staged and processed Monitor parts through the coating and finishing process for quality and consistency Assist with color changes, powder handling, and material flow Perform quality inspections on finished coated products for coverage and adhesion Clean and maintain production equipment, hooks, racks, and work areas Follow all manufacturing safety procedures and production standards Support general warehouse and production tasks as needed What We're Looking For No experience required — training provided Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, or powder coating is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial / manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control Reliable, punctual, and able to follow standard work instructions Physical Requirements Lift, carry, push and/or pull 1-50 lbs frequently Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, steel-toed shoes, eye protection, and other appropriate protective clothing Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Requirements

Responsibilities
