Description Hours: Mon- Thur 7:30am -4:30pm Fri. 7:30am-12:30pm Starting Pay- $13.00/hr Job Summary: Induction: Unpack/unwrap pallets of shoes, apparel, & accessories to prepare them for induction Submit specific information about each item, such as brand, size, width, gender, and condition Listing: Setup and photograph each item on a photography turntable with focus on presentation and appeal Room 1/Production Packing and sorting items according to work orders. E-Comm: Picking includes taking and collecting merchandise in a specified quantity per customer’s orders. Swap: Support scanning and sorting functions on a per unit basis to enable the company to sell individual products by category and type. Shipping/Receiving: Load an Unload trucks by hand or Equipment Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure workstation is organized, clean and stocked Paying close attention to detail Communicate issues to team lead, supervisor, and/or management Works in a safe manner following all safety procedures, rules, and regulations Ability to meet production goals Other duties as needed or required This description is not all encompassing and may require additional activities. Requirements Qualifications and Skills: Must be able to learn quickly and multitask Must be able to read, understand, and answer questions in English Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season Must be able to lift 25 lbs to 40lbs daily Must be able to work in a drug free atmosphere Must be able to stand and walk for entire work shift Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment Must be able to accept constructive criticism Must be able to use a tape gun and box cutter Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED preferred Experience working in warehouse environments Physical Demands: The following physical demands are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time Must be able to traverse and access any/all areas of the warehouse Ability to work in a warehouse climate with a broad temperature range The Jay Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. Responsibilities

The associate will perform warehouse and production tasks including unpacking, listing, packing, and sorting merchandise for e-commerce orders. They are also responsible for loading and unloading trucks while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
