Reports to: Warehouse Operations Manager Location: Queensgate area of Cincinnati, OH Onsite Requirements: Onsite (M-F 7am-3pm EST) Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. **Sponsorship is not available at this time** Exemption Status: Non-exempt Job Description: This position will give you the opportunity to work in multiple areas- Product Assembly: Assist with production of sensor technology products, including small electronics and components for the Waites system Inventory Management: Receiving, processing, and storing incoming stock; maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and product locations. Quality Control: Inspecting products for defects and damages before shipping, ensuring that all items meet quality standards. Shipping Preparation: Preparing orders for shipment, including assembling containers and securing merchandise for transport. Warehouse Organization: Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, sorting recyclables, and managing the layout to optimize space and efficiency. Data Entry: Entering corrections and updates into inventory management systems as needed. Customer Delight: Deliver exceptional service internally and externally. Be a positive addition to team morale - delighted coworkers lead to delighted customers. Carry out additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives Requirements Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehousing, Shipping/Receiving, Production, etc. Preferred Skills: Working with small components and circuit boards Dexterous individual who is comfortable working with their hands Competent computer skills with the ability to learn shipping software Flexibility to adapt to last minute changes Ability to multitask and prioritize work Proficient in Google Workspace Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability and willingness to be trained and work in multiple roles within warehouse/production operations Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills Working Conditions: Walk/use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or tools / Reach with hands and arms / Climb ladders and stairs / Crawl/kneel Sit, talk, listen, observe, read, write, and type Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted Perform work on-site in industrial, commercial, and residential locations Additional Eligibility Qualifications: This position requires the completion of a thorough background check Culture Fit Requirements: High intellect and strong analytical skills Innovative and driven to constantly improve Non-bureaucratic, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment Positive energy and attitude towards people and problem-solving Demonstrates a balance of humility, strong work ethic, and interpersonal savvy ("Humble, Hungry, and Smart") in approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
