The Warehouse Production /Inventory Clerk will be responsible for assisting in the production, packaging, and distribution of products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role includes a variety of duties to ensure the smooth operation of warehouse production, including inventory management, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

· French or English spoken and written
· Ability to follow work instruction and execute them effectively
· Ability to accomplish meticulous tasks.
· Valid Forklift License

Responsibilities

· Operate production and warehouse equipment.
· Inspect, track, and review incoming raw materials prior to production
·Maintain accurate records of all material and product movement within the warehouse
· Provide support for production team during in-process/assembly of finished goods.
· Supervise proper machine functions & use, perform routine maintenance as per the machine operating manual
· Ensure organized storage and workflow by arranging materials, tools, and all inventory for optimal efficiency
· Train and Mentor New employees on procedures
· Maintain production reports, logs, and documents.
· Collaborate with staff to support performance, sharing both positive and constructive feedback with the Supervisor and Production Floor Assistant
· Demonstrate Core Values throughout the team, communicate concerns to supervisor.
· First Aid Certification, CNESST approved
· Monitor and secure to ensure warehouse contents against loss
· Adhere to daily production Standard Operating Procedures
