Responsibilities

The Warehouse Production Manager is responsible for leading and managing the complete production process, from order confirmation through to final shipping. This role requires experience in the fashion industry, strong supply management skills, proficiency in EDI systems, and the ability to manage people and processes with confidence.
The manager will act as the operational leader, ensuring ownership is free to focus on sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire production workflow: order confirmation, production scheduling, quality assurance, and outbound shipping.
  • Manage and train warehouse and production staff to ensure consistent performance.
  • Implement and optimize operational processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee supply chain management, maintaining inventory levels ahead of demand.
  • Ensure compliance with production deadlines, quality standards, and partner requirements.
  • Utilize EDI systems for order management and vendor/customer communication.
  • Serve as the liaison between ownership and the production team, providing regular reporting and insights.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safety in the warehouse.
  • Oversee barcode creation, labeling, and tracking for all items produced.
